Ukrainian Week. Washington DC 2026 has come to an end. Many forums and advocacy meetings with members of Congress, senators, faith leaders, and representatives of education, science and business… Some continue to support Ukraine openly, some from a distance. And some have turned their backs on us completely.
Throughout the week, everyone did their part to tell the truth about the war in Ukraine.
And then you wake up in the morning and learn about another massive attack… longer power outages… a “demand” to end the war by summer… and you think:
And right away you remember the Russian “landing parties” that touch down in the US capital with regular frequency, and the billions of dollars spent on Moscow’s propaganda…
Then you realize: gutta cavat lapidem non vi sed saepe cadendo. A drop hollows the stone not by force, but by falling often.
