Evacuation of Ukrainians with disabilities.

Every evacuation of Ukrainians with disabilities and their relatives is the result of the effort of many people from our country, EU countries and the USA. After all, hundreds of details must be considered: the availability of vehicles with lifts for people in wheelchairs, the escort and care of their relatives or friends, hygiene products, an adapted place to spend the night on the road and much more.

When there is an understanding that hundreds of lives can be saved only by such a cost, however, people from all over the world are ready to join in and help. On June 5, as the result of another evacuation, twenty-two Ukrainians from Mariupol, Kharkiv, Berdiansk, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and the Donetsk Oblast found a safe home in the community of Ellefeld, Germany.

Agape Ukraine would like to express its sincere gratitude to Fimiam Church, the European Evangelical Alliance, Joni and Friends, and the Association of Christian Families of People with Disabilities “Schron.” We would also like to personally thank Martina Koeninger, Henrik Kufeld, Anne Zamkowska and Sven Delich for their assistance in evacuating people with disabilities.

Together we are doing a great work in the kingdom of God!

We hope and believe in victory!
